Welcome to Level Up by Club Aayu. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including coaching programs, workout plans, and any related content. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions and General Information

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “us,” “our” used anywhere on this page shall mean Club Aayu Health and Wellness Pvt Ltd, whose registered/operational office is Flat 3C Block 6 Singapore City, Kota, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (492001) – India. “You,” “your,” “user,” and “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us. Your use of the website and/or purchase from us is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. The content of the pages of this website is subject to change without notice.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on our website and/or product pages is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India. We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

2. Services Provided

Level Up offers personalized fitness coaching, including workout plans, habit-based nutrition coaching, and accountability support. We do not provide medical advice, and our services should not replace professional healthcare.

3. Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You acknowledge that you are in suitable physical condition to engage in fitness activities.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments for all plans are due in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

  • If payment fails, your access to services may be suspended until resolved.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the plan.

  • Refunds are only granted in cases of billing errors or exceptional circumstances, as determined at our sole discretion.

  • Incase refunds are issued due to exceptional circumstances, 5-7 working days will be taken to process the refunds.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to follow the workouts and coaching guidance provided.

  • You understand that results depend on your consistency, effort, and adherence to the program.

  • You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for training, especially if working out at home.

7. Program Adjustments

We may modify workouts, nutrition recommendations, or coaching methods to improve service quality. Any major changes will be communicated in advance.

8. Health Disclaimer

You acknowledge that fitness activities carry inherent risks. Level Up is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

  • We collect and store personal data necessary for coaching, progress tracking, and communication.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  • You can request data deletion at any time.

10. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate access to services if these terms are violated, inappropriate conduct occurs, or the program is misused.
