At Level Up by Club Aayu, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. If you need to cancel your subscription or coaching plan, please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at info@clubaayu.com.
Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
Once canceled, you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription.
Refunds may only be issued in cases of billing errors or exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- Incase refunds are issued due to exceptional circumstances, 5-7 working days will be taken to process the refunds and an additional 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited into your bank account.
3. Early Termination of Programs
If you choose to terminate a fixed-duration program (such as the 90-Day Transformation Plan) before completion, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
In special cases, credits for future services may be considered at our discretion.
4. Changes or Modifications to Plans
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our plans. In such cases, affected clients will be notified in advance, and suitable alternatives may be provided.
